Dubai Deal Over-blown in Media for Political Gain

Tip! Future Development: There is a big change in the city's geography underway with huge plans for the future. What is the fringe of Dubai today, the Dubai Marina, will be uptown Dubai of tomorrow.

We have all heard the issues with the Dubai Deal from Dubai World now, as the number of Mass TV media impressions is now over 5600. The stories also ran in every major newspaper, ezine, political website and they are still debating it all on Blogs across cyberspace. But did you know that;

Ports are an international affair and the US has foreign entities, which own water systems, railroads, mines, Energy generation stations, air cargo terminals, etc. We have foreign trade zones where foreign entities own property. The port operation was bought from an International Entity. The Chinese bought a port in CA, they "OWN" it. No one stopped that (Clinton Era, so let's leave Bush Admin out of it). How detailed would you like me to get on all the details of all this for you?

Tip! Property prices look cheap by International standards, and rental yields are still high in Dubai.

The reason I ask is that the media is falsely reporting reality and in their haste to promote chaos and controversy in the mass media hysteria of the human endeavor their sound bytes are becoming more about "shock and awe" than about the reality of life on Earth. Folks who have never been to a port or watched the operations have no business discussing this. And politicians who use this issue for political gain do so at the detriment to foreign relations and our country as a whole. It is high time that the whole truth was reported and not this BS in the news with regards to the Dubai Deal. Consider all this in 2006.
